We are looking for an experienced and creative Paid Search Manager (Performance/Marketing/eCommerce) to join my client, an innovative and market leading apparel brand based in Central London.
The Paid Search Manager (Performance/Marketing/eCommerce) responsibilities will include building PPC campaigns, managing sizeable budgets and analysing & optimising campaigns for increased ROI.
Reporting into the Head of Growth, you will be responsible for the strategy and implementation of paid search activity, on a global basis. The role will suit someone who is an expert in paid search, who enjoys working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Whilst paid search will be the key focus, you will also have the opportunity to manage other performance marketing channels and activity on Amazon (Amazon Marketing Services).
*Building PPC and Shopping campaigns, including but not limited to: keyword research / analysis, bid optimisation, campaign structures, ad extensions, ad copy testing, tracking implementation, audience research and targeting.
*Daily management of PPC and Shopping campaigns including pacing and bid optimisation.
*Responsible for building and ongoing management of weekly and monthly reporting and analysis.
*Managing sizeable budgets, on a global scale, working to ROI/CPA targets.
*Support the creation of in-depth analysis and identify trends & opportunities.
*Develop automated systems/tools and processes to ensure efficiencies.
*Carry out onsite web analytics analysis to optimise the complete customer journey and pro-actively suggest improvements to merchandising and UX teams.
*Own the relationship with Google and Bing account managers and keep up-to-date with the biddable landscape and latest developments in tech.
Key skills & experience
*3-4 years’ experience in Paid Search, agency side or with a specialist in-house team. Previous retail/e-commerce experience essential.
*A proven track record of managing sizeable budgets, working to ROI/CPA targets.
*Excellent working knowledge of Paid Search platforms (Google AdWords & Bing) and tools such as AdWords Editor.
*Experience with audience targeting strategies and integrating with internal data to deliver results.
*Experience managing shopping campaigns on Google and Bing including feed optimisation and testing.
*Clear technical and analytical mindset, comfortable with large data sets.
*Capabilities with AdWords scripts & attribution platforms beneficial.
*Previous experience running paid campaigns on Amazon (AMS) and other biddable media platforms beneficial.
